What was your main driver for going into business?

  • Was it to help people?
  • Was it for tax advantages or more financial independence?
  • Did you have a passion about your natural skill?
  • Did you just want to stop answering to someone else?

Maybe it was all of the above

Business owners just like you tell us repeatedly:

“I was just good at it. My business grew organically as people saw the value in what I did. Leads just seemed to materialise by word of mouth. It was kind of effortless…But then things slowed…”

Pressure builds….

At some stage on the growth curve you realise the need to employ some help. As you begin to service a bigger customer base, the pressure to gear up and ‘feed’ your expanding business comes into play.

The interesting thing is, as you turn this corner… your role in your business turns a corner too. And the effect this has on your passion can really unsettle things.

You find yourself thrust unceremoniously into the dark art of sales and marketing (often kicking and screaming I might add).

So where’s your passion now?

Now don’t worry. You wouldn’t be the first to think the area of sales and marketing is some mysterious hocus-pocus done with smoke and mirrors… but let me assure you, this sorcery is nothing more than a process.

It’s a formula which when applied in the hands of the educated will have a great return on investment.

Here’s what we do…

Firstly we diffuse the confusion and debunk the myths.

Then we teach you the basic steps you need for creating a successful growth plan.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Reconnect with your past customers
  • Connect with potential customers
  • Build deeper relationships with you current customers

…All with the aim of building ongoing profitable business transactions.

This all starts with an understanding of what your business does, how you do it, and why it exists…as well as what sets it apart from others in your field.

Through our mentoring you’ll rediscover the importance of fully understanding your customers and how best to meet their needs. It’s also important to be clear on exactly who it is you need to connect with so you can keep yourself relevant.

How this looks depends on the nature of your business. It can cover a whole spectrum of things, from simply improving your pitch in face-to-face customer contact through to building your online presence and broadening the reach of your business to new customers in new areas.

And to help you build your confidence, we mentor you through every step of the way. This allows you to harness the skills you need to take on the sales and marketing within your business and maintain its future growth.
